This was a couple months ago, but finally wanted to take the time to write a well-deserved review for Travis. Just as the early spring had a very hot spell for about a week, my parents' house in Oak Ridge lost A/C when they were out of town. As they were returning from a long, exhausting trip, the last thing I wanted was for them to return to a very warm house and not be able to sleep. (the house has many windows that do not open and heats like a greenhouse without AC). I found Mark on one of the "finder" sites and he came out and fixed the thermostat late that afternoon, at a very good price for a same-day house call.
I also knew the HVAC had long needed some duct work that would require special materials and another longer visit. Travis gave me a very reasonable price for the 2nd visit and stuck to that price. He completely fixed duct work that had been leaking since the new HVAC was poorly installed over a decade ago. Multiple people had "half-fixed" it (myself included), but Travis finally completely fixed it (reinforced with screws, bolts, sheet metal, etc)
All to say I would recommend Travis to anyone. He was a life-saver for my last-minute needs. He was on-time, professional, very fair in pricing. His second visit was as promised again.
I worked in residential construction in NC for a few years, and I remember the value of a reliable and reasonable sub-contractor who is a professional in all ways. You remember them because they are rare. I would put Travis Bullock in that category.
